An offset stepper motor pins can be one of the easiest mistakes to make when connecting the wires to the controller. How an Evolution operator can tell if the pins are offset or not fully connected, is by the axis vibrating is back and further in place. This won’t cause damage to the CNC as long as it is caught and stopped when the vibrating starts to happen. All that needs to be done to solve this issue is to first turn off or unplug the power, this is always important when working with the controller. Then just locate the offset pin, typically, it may just be off by one pin. After it is located, just unplug the connection then make sure when plugging it back in that it is on all four connectors.
