We are working to develop a CNC engraving machine.
The current design is an CNC mill cut aluminum frame with an MDF spoil-board. Some of the current design parameters are:

- 18.7" x 13.2" x 3" cutting area with a Dewalt 611 mount
- SBR12 fully supported rail system
- high lead ACME screw drive (1/2" per turn on X and Y, and 1/8" per turn on Z)
- NEMA 23 stepper motors (270 oz-in.)
- TB6560 4 Axis Controller
- 24 VDC power supply
